Who we are

piqlo.in is operated by Everalias Private Limited (“PIQLO”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Account: your phone number, verified by one-time password, and your name if you provide it.
• Waitlist: your phone number and, optionally, your email address when you join the launch list.
• Orders: delivery addresses, order history and sizes, so we can fulfil your order and handle returns.
• Usage: standard analytics events (pages viewed, actions taken) collected through cookies and similar technologies.

What we never collect

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details go directly to Razorpay over their secure systems — they never touch our servers and we never see or store them.

How we use it

• To deliver orders, process returns and provide support.
• To message you about your order or the launch you signed up for.
• To measure and improve how the store works, including advertising performance.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Our delivery partners — your name, address and phone number, only to deliver or pick up your order.
• Analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta) — usage events, to measure campaigns.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to leave the waitlist, write to us at hello@piqlo.in from the phone number or email in question. We respond within 7 working days.
