Return & Refund Policy

The window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, from the order page in your account. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

How it works

• Request the return from your order page and pick a pickup slot.
• Our courier collects the piece from your address — you don’t ship anything yourself.
• Every return passes a quality check when it reaches us. Pieces that come back worn, washed or damaged can’t be accepted and will be sent back to you.

The refund

• A flat ₹100 reverse-pickup fee per return is deducted from the refund.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the piece passing the quality check.
• If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund is in full — no fee.

Damaged or wrong item

If a piece arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, write to hello@piqlo.in within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We arrange the pickup and the full refund — including the pickup fee — or a replacement if the size is still available.

Exchanges

Drops are limited and numbered, so we can’t guarantee exchange stock. If you need a different size, request a return and place a fresh order while your size is still available.
