Where we ship

We ship across India through our courier partners. International shipping is not available yet.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden charges at checkout — the price on the product page is the price you pay.

Timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your pincode. Metro addresses tend to sit at the faster end.
• You can check serviceability for your pincode on any product page before ordering.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking link as soon as it is dispatched, visible on your order page. Delivery updates also arrive by SMS from the courier.

Payment

All orders are prepaid through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Cash on delivery is not available.

Delays

If a shipment is delayed beyond the window above, write to hello@piqlo.in with your order number and we’ll chase it with the courier. If a shipment is lost in transit, we refund in full.
