piqlo.in is owned and operated by Everalias Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Kolkata, West Bengal. “PIQLO” is the consumer brand of Everalias Private Limited. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

PIQLO sells menswear in limited, numbered drops. Quantities are fixed per drop and pieces are not restocked. Product imagery is shot on real garments; minor variations in colour can occur between screens and fabric.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes.
• Payment is collected online at checkout through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.
• An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully captured. If a payment is captured but stock cannot be allocated, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
• We may cancel and refund any order placed against an obvious pricing or listing error, or where we suspect fraud or resale automation.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Return & Refund Policy. You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.

Accounts

Sign-in uses one-time passwords sent to your phone. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details on your order. You must be 18 or older, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, film, knit artwork, text and the PIQLO name and wordmark — belongs to Everalias Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
